SWELL (legal name: SWELL Labs, LLC) is the parent company — a full-service creative agency founded in 2010. S77.AI is SWELL's dedicated AI division, launched in 2024. Max HP Productions is a separate LLC — not a subsidiary — founded by the same founder (Tarik Malak) and serving as SWELL's preferred production partner. All three entities share ownership and work frequently together, but each is its own company.

Who is Tarik Malak?

Tarik Malak is the founder and CEO of S77.AI, SWELL Labs, LLC, and Max HP Productions. Paris-born and Sorbonne-educated, he founded SWELL in 2010 as a creative content studio for fashion and beauty brands, grew it into a full-service 360° agency, and launched S77.AI in 2024 after years of integrating generative AI into live client production pipelines.
